DELIVER VALUE TO OUR MEMBERS

Deliver value to our members by providing quality benefits tailored to members' needs to grow and retain membership.

  • Curate a membership structure reflective of the needs of our members rather than the needs of our organization

  • Provide educational and networking opportunities that give our members the tools they need to be successful

ADVANCE OUTREACH & COMMUNICATION

Advance outreach & communication by further developing our ambassador's programming and increasing digital communications.

  • Further, develop our ambassador's programming by creating a more refined structure. 

  • Cultivate business and civic leaders from our general membership to reflect our community through the ambassador's group.

  • Increase and refine the use of Email communications and social media.

  

GROW OUR MEMBERSHIP

Grow our membership by successfully executing the plan of work set forth by our Board of Directors.

  • Seek out businesses & organizations throughout Fort Morgan and parts of Morgan County to be members of the FMACC

  • Use our Ambassadors program to outreach and sell to potential members 

  • Create better relationships with current members to further sustainable membership
